How Our Services Reach You

Everything we sell is a service, delivered online or on our screens. We don't sell or ship physical goods, so there is no shipping and no shipping charge.

Studio Monthly Plans

  • Work starts when we receive your first payment. That day is Day 1, and every date in your proposal counts from it.
  • Your private portal opens with a short checklist. You see, approve or ask for changes to every post there, from your phone.
  • Approved posts and reels go out on your own pages, on the days in your plan.
  • Your first report is ready around Day 30, then every month, in your portal.
  • Systems built inside your plan go live in your portal: the first by about Day 30, a second by about Day 60.
  • Small changes to your systems usually take up to 2 working days, one request at a time.

Studio Projects

  • Each project page sets out what you get, the steps and the timeline, counted from Day 1.
  • Designs, videos and other files are delivered in your portal or by a download link.
  • Websites go live on your own domain, which stays in your name. At launch we tell you exactly what to ask your domain provider for.
  • We can host websites for clients, billed at our cost plus a markup.
  • Shoots happen in person, on a day agreed with you. The finished photos and video are delivered online.
  • If something we need from you arrives late, the dates that depend on it move by the same number of days.

Screen Advertising

  • You book a package and a start date at go.sugucu.com, upload your ad and pay.
  • A person reviews every ad, usually within 24 hours. If it needs changes, we tell you why.
  • Your ad plays on our outdoor LED screen from your start date, in 28-day cycles, as often as your package says.
  • Your dashboard shows how many times your ad played each day.

Listings

Listings on listings.sugucu.com are free and appear online once they are checked. Nothing is sold.

Bills and Receipts

Bills and receipts come by email from billing@sugucu.com. Studio clients also see them in their portal.
