How We Look After Your Details
Updated 2026-10-12 · SuguCu Studio, part of SuguCu (Business Registry L202627989)
We collect only what we need to reply to you and do your work. We never sell it, and we don't track you around the web.
01What the Brief Collects
- Your business name, your name and your email.
- Where the business is based and what it does.
- Links to your website and pages, if you add them.
- Whether you have photos and video, and menus, price lists or offers.
- What you need, what takes up your time, when you'd like to start, who decides, and anything else you tell us.
When you accept a proposal, we keep your name, your email, the date and the terms version you accepted.
02Why We Collect It
To read your brief, look at where you are online, reply to you and prepare a proposal.
If you become a client, the same details set up your work, your portal and your bills.
We never use them for anything else, and we never add you to a mailing list.
03Where It Is Kept
Your brief goes straight into our own admin system, on a secure hosted database. Only SuguCu Studio can see it.
To stop spam, we also keep a scrambled code made from your connection address for that day. We can't turn it back into the address.
04No Selling, No Sharing
We never sell your details or share them with anyone for their own use.
If you become a client, a partner who helps with your work (such as a shooter) gets only what they need for that job.
05How Long We Keep It
If you don't become a client, we keep your brief until we close it, then for 12 more months, and then delete it.
If you become a client, we keep your details while you are on a plan, and bills for as long as the law asks.
06Seeing, Fixing or Deleting Your Details
Write to studio@sugucu.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We reply in writing.
07Cookies and Tracking
This site uses no cookies. To learn which pages help people, we count visits ourselves: each page tells us its address, the site you came from, whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer, your time zone and your language. We never store your IP address, and the count changes every day, so we can't follow you from one day to the next or around the web. Visit counts are kept for 13 months, then deleted.
When you send a brief, we link it to that day's visit, so we can see which of our pages you read before you wrote to us. It stays with your brief and is deleted with it.
When you open a proposal we made for you, we note when it was opened and whether on a phone, tablet or computer, so we know it reached you. Nothing else on that page is counted.
Nothing goes to other companies: the counter is our own, and our fonts are served from our own site.
If you tap Pause Motion, your browser remembers that one setting on your device. It never leaves your device.
08Emails From Us
Replies to your brief come from studio@sugucu.com. If you become a client, bills and receipts come from billing@sugucu.com.
We only write to you about your brief or your work.
09Card Payments
When you pay by card, you type your card details into a secure form from Cybersource, a Visa company, which processes card payments for our bank, Bank of Nevis. Your details go straight to Cybersource, never to us.
We never see or store your full card number or security code. Cybersource tells us whether the payment went through and, at most, the card brand and the last 4 digits, which we keep with the bill or booking it paid.
Our checkout page uses no cookies of ours and no visit counter. Cybersource's form may use what it needs to process the payment safely and prevent fraud, under its own privacy notice.
