A National Organisation With Multiple Pages Needed One Desk to Keep Up With the News and Run Every Page.

The organisation speaks to the public through multiple pages, with a small team of staff and admins. News moves fast, and every post has to be right before it goes out.

3 a daybriefings, gathered from a curated set of sources
The Problem

Posts Went Out by Hand, Page by Page

The team had the people and the message. What it lacked was one place to see the news, shape a response and get it signed off.

What We Did

A Private Desk for the Whole Team

News and updates from a curated set of sources are gathered into one place through the day, and a short briefing lands three times a day. Staff start a draft from the fullest version of a story, send it up for approval, and admins approve or return it from their phone. Each post goes out to the right pages, with a record of who said yes.

How It Works, Week to Week

  1. Through the day, news and updates are gathered into one place and kept fresh.
  2. Three times a day, a short briefing says what matters and what may need a response.
  3. Staff draft a post from the fullest version of the story, in the organisation's voice.
  4. Admins approve on their phone, or send it back with a note.
  5. A summary lands at 7 am and 7 pm, and a report follows every month.

What Changed

  • Staff start from the story, not from a search.
  • Admins see everything waiting in one place, and approve from anywhere.
  • There's a record of every post and who signed it off.
  • New staff learn from a written policy, not by guessing.

Our work with them began in 2025; the desk went live in September 2026.

What It Could Do for You

More Than One Page, Brand or Location?

One desk keeps your team up to date, lets them draft and approve in one place, and keeps a record of who said yes to what.
